Sabor a Pasion offers two guest rooms for overnight
accommodation and serves internationally-inspired menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner, for private parties
of 10 or more guests. All meals are served by reservation.
Sabor a Pasion also provides customized catering, culinary instruction, and gourmet consultancy.
Chef Simon Webster combines flavors from around the world to engage our clients in a culinary experience that will surpass
your expectations and awaken your passion for taste.
We primarily serve Anderson and adjacent counties, but with our global influences can easily be
coaxed to other areas, including England, New Zealand, Japan, Mexico, Washington, D.C., and Southern California,
by special request.

We're home!
Back from a two-week trip to both coasts, we are feeling refreshed and ready for action! Simon has new dates at
Kitchen Outfitters in Naples, CA. He'll teach a dinner and lunch class on Aug 3rd and 4th, respectively.
And the Buentello-Sato wedding in Middleburg, VA, was beautiful! All the best to the two of you for a joyous and splendid
life together!
Two of our queen rooms are now available for overnight accommodation. The bistro will open on July 30th - after
the ribbon cutting ceremony on the 29th. Please call us for details - we'd love to have you join us!

A wedding in the family!
Many congratulations to little brother, Javier, and beautiful fiancee, Kumi!! We're off to Los Angeles to provide some
culinary instruction, then Washington, DC, to cater the beautiful event. Javier is an artist and dance instructor
for Arthur Murray Studios in Vienna, VA, and Kumi teaches Japanese for Georgetown University. We're very proud of them
-- and wish them all the best that life has to offer. We love you!!

Happy Birthday, Aubergine!
Aubergine's a whole year old now - yea! She's adjusting very well to our new home. She especially enjoys
barking at the birds that have made nests in the ferns, carport and chimney. They sound very happy - eggs about to burst
- 12 in all.
Speaking of eggs - thanks to the local feed store, we're soon to be the proud parents of 12 beautiful chickens and one
monster rooster. We've never seen a baby rooster before...this means fresh eggs for fabulous breakfasts and souffles.
Can hardly wait!
