The Bistro is open for parties of all sizes on Friday and Saturday evenings.
All meals are served by reservation.
Sabor a Pasion also provides customized catering, culinary instruction, and gourmet consultancy.
Chef Simon Webster combines flavors from around the world to engage our clients in a culinary experience that will surpass
your expectations and awaken your passion for taste.
We primarily serve Anderson and adjacent counties, but with our global influences can easily be
coaxed to other areas, including England, New Zealand, Japan, Mexico, Washington, D.C., and Southern California,
by special request.

Last minute details --
Getting ready for the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Open House -- only four days to go. Dining room is painted and
decorated. Tables are in. Music is in. Just need some folks to fill it now!
Looking forward to meeting you when you're here. Please remember that we will be open beginning Friday, July 30th, for
Breakfast and Lunch - no reservation required. Dinner is served by reservation only. BYOB.
Please call before coming to be clear on directions.

July 21st Class is full!
Thanks to the great response from our Herald ads, we have filled the Wednesday Cooking Class. We will take reservations
for a waiting list in case of cancellations, but would encourage folks to consider signing up for the August 18th class. Chef
Simon had a terrific trip to LA on Thursday -- his class at Williams Sonoma received an ovation. Pretty cool!
He was told that ovations don't really happen, so we're pretty chuffed. Looking forward to meeting more folks at the
Open House!!

Grand Opening getting closer -
The hill is experiencing rapid change as the kitchen comes up to speed and the dining room gets a face lift - construction
is well under way to open at the end of the month, with classes starting in just a couple of weeks. Please let us know
