Amaretto Biscuits??!
Ever had an amaretto biscuit? Well, if you've ever had amaretto, you need not go too much farther to experience
the biscuit -- a light, nutty wafer-thin delicacy that fits so deliciously with a fantastic dish, Chocolate Amaretto Pudding.
Yum. "Rustic Italian Cooking," by Arelene Feltman-Sailhac. Try it. Wonderful!

New Construction!
We're building a pergola over the bistro patio just in time for these beautiful evening breezes. OK, last night
was a little damp and the breeze a bit stormy, but the last few were amazingly pleasant! Simon had to wait a few days
for all of the lumber (he calls it timber) to arrive, but now it's all here and it's up, up, up. Dad's here to help
as well. Be sure to visit soon to see the new cover.
Our winter menu is almost up as well -- as always, during the transition we'll have more specials and fewer items
from the old menu until we're completely turned on, but we're hoping that by next week we'll be done.
Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Special Valentine's Weekend Event
Sabor a Pasion presents a dance-filled evening for Valentine's romantics. The evening will begin with a dance lesson
by an extremely talented and attractive instructor. Once we have our moves down, we'll enjoy a lovely gourmet dinner,
then dance the night away to soulful tunes and swinging hits. It all adds up to quite an evening! Please check
the event calendar for details!

Happy New Year!
We had a terrific New Year's Eve celebration with the help of a few of our friends. The champagne was cool - the
bonfire was hot - the fireworks unparalleled. Beki even found her long lost relative. After a long day, they even
look alike!! Thanks to Dan and Linda Boschler for capturing the tender reunion.
