Who's That Girl??!
Spotted most recently in front of Palestine's own "Music Business," this girl is on the go. Back home now after
a special, six-week tour in the City of Angels, she's pleased to be able to say that she's made new friends and is happier
than ever. Catch her with her new pals, Sugar Spoon, at an event near you! Hey - where'd you get those shoes?

Spring is Bursting! Dogwoods are here!
Please take time to drive out our way this season. It truly is amazing to see the variety of color that our new
Spring has to offer. This is our first Spring on the hill and we are amazed every day by what just pops out of the ground
and bursts out from the tiny buds on every tree. Magnificent! When coupled with a hot-from-the-oven English cream
scone with strawberry jam -- nothing compares. See you soon!

The Expo was a Ball! Join us for Easter Sunday!
Thanks so much to everyone who visited our booth at the Palestine Business Expo last Thursday -- what a wonderful treat
to meet a whole new set of foodies in the area! We've posted the recipe for our New Zealand Pavlova under Chef's Notes,
so please take a look.
We've also worked to put together a beautiful meal for Easter Sunday - a celebration of renewal in 3-courses, featuring
lamb and our delicious Pavlova. Please see our Calendar page for details.
