Sabor a Pasion offers two guest rooms for overnight
accommodation and serves internationally-inspired menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner, for private parties
of 10 or more guests. All meals are served by reservation.
Sabor a Pasion also provides customized catering, culinary instruction, and gourmet consultancy.
Chef Simon Webster combines flavors from around the world to engage our clients in a culinary experience that will surpass
your expectations and awaken your passion for taste.
We primarily serve Anderson and adjacent counties, but with our global influences can easily be
coaxed to other areas, including England, New Zealand, Japan, Mexico, Washington, D.C., and Southern California,
by special request.

Concert Scheduled - Saturday, May 12th

So - You ever heard of a Flying Kiwi?
Beware the skies above for the Frying Kiwi is now a licensed Flying Kiwi! We're so proud of our Chef Simon having
achieved this accomplishment over years and years of practice and longing. He re-started his flight training at PSN
just over a year after we arrived in Anderson County. He was grounded for a few months last year over his foreign status,
but can now safely and legitimately fly on his own. We look forward to many regional culinary trips to share his expertise
with an even broader audience. If you get a chance, please call to let him know how proud you are of his tenacity.
He actually started this journey as a teenager in New Zealand!

Happy Spring!
