The Bistro is open for parties of all sizes on Friday and Saturday evenings.
All meals are served by reservation.
Sabor a Pasion also provides customized catering, culinary instruction, and gourmet consultancy.
Chef Simon Webster combines flavors from around the world to engage our clients in a culinary experience that will surpass
your expectations and awaken your passion for taste.
We primarily serve Anderson and adjacent counties, but with our global influences can easily be
coaxed to other areas, including England, New Zealand, Japan, Mexico, Washington, D.C., and Southern California,
by special request.

Sabor Celebrates 5th Birthday!
Hi there! Can you believe it's been 5 years??! We can't believe it either. We have a terrific year
full of special holiday events planned for you beginning with Valentine's Day. Bring your special someone for the most

Sabor Registered in Northern VA
Chef Simon takes the show on the road. Now registered in VA, we're taking booking for private chef events in the
greater Washington, DC, area. Chef Simon is currently scheduled to kick-off the new service by providing a demonstration
for Fox News in the morning on December 17th at 11am. We're hoping to get a copy to post on the site. Don't miss
this must-see culinary experience!

Can't help but think - wow - it's almost been a whole year
So...had a few minutes tonight to take a look at the site. It's been a long time since I wrote a blog. We've
had an incredibly busy year - lots of travel, lots of new friends, and many new adventures.
