Born in England and raised in New Zealand, Chef Simon Webster discovered this unique property and transformed it into a multi-functional facility perfect for casual fine dining, private events, weddings, rehearsal dinners or a getaway weekend in our bed & breakfast.

Sabor a Pasion provides intimate bistro dining for up to 40 people in our dining room or a ballroom for larger parties that can accommodate 200 guests.

We offer on or off-site customized catering, event planning, facility rental, culinary instruction, and by popular demand, an assortment of fresh-made gourmet products.

Chef Webster prides himself on personal service and creates menus that are customized to your specific needs. Whatever the event, his cuisine creates a culinary experience that will surpass expectations.
